Ethan’s approach to personal training is holistic. Once he has a full understanding of where his client is starting from and where they would like to go, he can then design a fitness plan and equip them with the tools to achieve their goals. Known for his proficiency in functional training, he is dedicated to developing and implementing innovative fitness techniques.
Specialized in corrective and rehabilitative exercises, he applies his wide breadth of fitness knowledge to his individual clients as well as small group training classes. He works with his clients in one-on-one as well as small group classes, always paying special attention to form and technique. As a coach, he’s always designing workouts with progressions, or modifications to best suit his clients’ needs. Through creative programming, he is constantly sharpening his training skills.
