“I was new to running, and I decided to train for my first marathon. As the training program ramped up, I started experiencing a lot of knee pain, and I knew I needed some help. A friend told me I should train with Ethan. We met and instantly hit it off. Obviously, the focus of my training program was to keep me healthy until the marathon. I didn’t know what that would involve, but Ethan knew what to do. Looking back, he probably already knew what I needed: to fix my muscular imbalances, correct my poor form and posture, strengthen my legs and core and (as he loves to promote) stretching and foam rolling!
