Congratulations! You’re a dad! Obviously there are many responsibilities that come with it. It takes a stupendous amount of patience, care, ❤️, soul, and TIME. As your time to recharge dwindles, I challenge you to find a half hour, five days a week to workout.
Why not take the minuscule amount of time for yourself, so you can feel better, energized, and ready to take on any fatherly task.
